We assess your body type, BMI (Body Mass Index), mind-body connection, metabolism, and physical activity status to create SMART goals with a personalized fitness plan that includes lifestyle changes and exercise programs prescribed solely for you.
With years of success and experience your ACSM Certified Personal Trainer is capable of analyzing your body and creating exercise programming that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating, exploring new ideas, and targeted physical activity to ensure the best results for clients. Each session typically includes a brief cardiorespiratory (heart rate) warm-up, followed by functional joint activation, then resistance training, balance, agility, neuromuscular training, and flexibility training. Sessions are designed with you in mind. Progress will be achieved via personalizing and adapting your fitness prescriptions. Throughout your life your trainer will stand by you to keep you on track and motivated to achieve your dreams.
I understand that adopting new fitness habits is difficult and can fail. My goal is to expand your views such that fitness routines can blend into who you are and your lifestyle. If you practice Exercise Targeting, then you will be able to live mindfully centered on daily wellness without feeling burdened or being overtrained.

Over the years, many of the people who inquired about personal training had expected the first meeting to be difficult, boring, costly, or complicated. This is because the industry sometimes gets ahead of the client, in an overreaching or overbearing manner. Clients can suffer at the hands of marketing, or perhaps, due to false claims or promises. At Exercise Target, we believe everyone expects results that outweigh the costs, and rightly, so. We do our best to meet those expectations. Therefore, we will want to get off to a great start, and this is the reason there is no charge for the first session with Exercise Target.
