Mike has been my personal trainer for years. He has given me an infinite amount of knowledge relating to my workouts. He is also very responsive to any ailments my body sometimes experiences and always edits my routine, if necessary. I work full-time and spend most of my time on my computer. Without Mike and his workout, my body would not function as well as it does. He is invaluable…and a good guy too! I would highly recommend him.
I’ve been working with Mike now for about three years. He is an excellent trainer: attentive, thoughtful, and encouraging. What I am most impressed with is his memory of my condition over time, the things I need to improve on. He remembers and recalls the earlier state of my legs and arms etc., using this recall as a benchmark. Such attention to detail and memory of MY circumstance is very impressive. (And this kind of attention is rare in any profession in our time). Mike is pleasant, agreeable, and a fine human being. I encourage all and any to take advantage of his professionalism and skills. He is a pleasure to work with despite the pain he occasionally causes but all that for a good reason. I am better because of Mike: stronger, more encouraged about life and more confident in my movement, posture, and outlook.

I had started training with Mike a little more than three years ago in a gym setting. When Covid interrupted our in-person routine, we continued with Zoom sessions. The Zoom sessions have proven to be very effective. Mike has tailored our sessions to enable me to deal with the inevitable changes that occur as part of the aging process. He has worked to improve my balance, leg strength and flexibility to prevent falls and sprains. I am now three years older, but feel ten years younger. Thank you Mike.
I've been training with Mike for 6 years now, both in the gym and online during the lockdowns. He's absolutely great! I've gotten a lot stronger and healthier. He fixed my knees and my back pain. My hip bone density improved on his advice to use the stairs. He pays close attention to your issues and works hard to address them, going the extra mile to do research and tailor that information to your needs.
