Using Exercise Targets

Goal-based and Stage-specific

     It is important  to approach fitness with goals that are planned ahead of time.  Specific, measured, attainable, relevant (realistic), and time-bound (time-sensitive).  Using a targeted-approach allows us to set objectives in various ways.  This may include weight loads or modalities with strength training, METs, Watts, or Calories with cardiorespiratory training, or some other variable like the time you spend during a workout.  These variables can be quantified and qualified.  There is no great mystery to this simple method.  In fact, many people pick a goal that they strive to achieve without truly planning an exercise target.

I will create a workout plan tailored to your individual fitness goals and abilities. Whether you're looking to build muscle, lose weight or just improve your overall fitness, I can help.

Nutrition Guidance

Proper nutrition is essential for achieving your fitness goals. I will provide guidance and support to help you make healthy food choices and develop a sustainable eating plan.
